Overview

Going from one creator to ten is not a multiplication, it is a change of job: you stop writing and start supervising. This module describes the routine of an operation that runs, the split of roles, clean duplication, adding languages, organising a team, managing cash, then the reverse question: when a human has to come back into the loop.

In this module

  1. The daily routine and the five indicators An operating day hour by hour, the five indicators that are enough to run an operation, and the order in which to fix them. 7 min
  2. Roles, tool stack, bans and recovery Who does what once the team is bigger than one person, which categories of tools are necessary, and how to handle the loss of accounts. 7 min
  3. Multiple creators, a second bot, multiple languages Duplicate an operation without redoing it: what gets copied, what does not, when to add a second Telegram bot, how to open a language. 6 min
  4. Team and processes, from one to ten creators Which roles appear when an operation grows, at what point, and the written processes, tracking table and access rules that keep them sustainable. 9 min
  5. Cash flow and margins: the gap between selling and getting paid Payout delays published by OnlyFans and Telegram, agency commission, costs, margin per creator, reserve, and a simplified income statement. 9 min
  6. When to add humans back, and what you never automate The reverse question of module 5: the four situations that require a person, supervision as a job, and what you never automate. 7 min
