Module 05, Chatting Overview
This is the central module. The conversation is where the sale happens, and it is also the most expensive and most fragile post in an operation. We look at the chatter job as public job posts describe it, the known breaking points, then scripts and the price ladder, and finally what a conversation AI is and how to install one. To go deeper on chatting, the site chatting-ofm.com is devoted entirely to the subject.
