Syllabus › Module 08, The best tools
The best OFM tools by category, on public facts
In brief
An operation runs on about ten tools in ten categories: conversation AI, CRM, scheduler, anti-detect browser, proxy, traffic, payments, content, analytics, cloud phone. Four are needed from the first creator; the CRM becomes necessary with the second person on the team. The prices cited come from pricing pages read on September 14, 2026; the first selection criterion is role-based access.
What you will be able to do
- Know what each of the ten tool categories of an operation is for, and which one is indispensable.
- Know three or four selection criteria per category, all verifiable on a tool's public pages.
- Know where to find the full, dated rankings from the same family of sites.
Ten categories, what to check before choosing, and two to four examples per category, described from each tool’s public pages, with the price printed on its pricing page on September 14, 2026 or the mention “not published”. No tool is rated, no link is paid, and none is presented as “compliant” with a platform: what the platforms publish on that subject is recalled in the lesson on AI chatting.

Conversation AI
What it is for. Reading fans’ messages, writing the replies in the creator’s name, sending locked media and selling in the conversation, with or without human validation.
What to check. The platforms covered, OnlyFans, Telegram or both; the full price, subscription and commission; the published definition of any advertised performance; human takeover, conversation by conversation.
Examples. OnlyChat runs the same AI on OnlyFans and on Telegram, sells in the conversation including in Telegram Stars, and publishes a 43% unlock rate defined on its “about” page; the pricing page shows $20 per creator per month plus 10% commission on AI sales on OnlyFans, 15% on Telegram, a Premium plan at $70, and no free plan; the interface is in English, the Chrome extension is distributed outside the Chrome Web Store and MYM is announced as coming soon. Supercreator is a CRM and chat AI for OnlyFans only; Super AI starts at $99 per account per month plus 5% of net AI sales, with a slider tied to the account’s revenue. Telestars runs an AI and a CRM in Telegram only, with a free plan at $0 per bot and 20% commission on AI sales, then $29.90 and $59.90 per bot with 15% and 10%. Desirely is a Chrome extension for OnlyFans, MYM, Uncove and Reveal.me, billed per connected platform from 0 euros with 20% commission to 89 euros with 8.5%.
The full ranking of the 32 tools in this category, on ten public criteria, is on chatbot-ofm.com, where OnlyChat is ranked first.
CRM
What it is for. Centralizing the inboxes of several creators, giving each team member named access with a role, and tracking who did what.
What to check. Roles and permissions, so you never share a password; the platforms covered; the access mode, desktop application or browser extension; the pricing mode, per creator or per revenue tier.
Examples. Infloww presents itself as a management platform for agencies covering OnlyFans, Fansly, MYM and Fanvue, with shifts, roles and an inbox split into up to 9 groups; it is a desktop application without a Chrome extension, from $40 per month per creator profile for OnlyFans and Fansly, $50 for MYM and Fanvue. OnlyMonster connects accounts through its own desktop browser, with shifts and roles with more than 20 permissions, from $30 per month per connected OnlyFans account. Fans-CRM is a free Windows application, with roles per employee and shifts. CRMChat is a Telegram-only CRM that sells in Stars, with a free Starter plan and a Personal plan at $20 per month billed annually.
The CRM ranking, where Infloww is ranked first, is on crm-ofm.com.
Scheduler
What it is for. Posting at fixed times on several accounts and several networks, and therefore holding the rhythm from module 4.
What to check. The networks covered, Reddit being the most often missing; billing, per channel or per plan; the limit on scheduled posts; the free plan for testing.
Examples. Buffer covers Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok and others, without Reddit; the free plan allows 3 channels and 10 scheduled posts per channel, Essentials costs $5 per month per channel. OneUp schedules, queues and recycles posts; Basic is $15 per month billed annually or $25, with 5 accounts and 300 scheduled posts. Metricool adds statistics, with a free plan and Starter from 20 euros per month. Postiz publishes its source code, self-hostable without a license; the hosted version starts at $29 per month.
Anti-detect browser
What it is for. Running each account in a separate browser profile, with its own fingerprint, cookies and proxy, and sharing those profiles within a team without sharing a password.
What to check. The number of profiles per plan; team sharing, often reserved for higher plans; an API for automation; the publisher’s country, when published. And one rule: a browser changes technical conditions, never a platform’s judgment.
Examples. AdsPower offers a free plan with 2 profiles, a Professional plan at $9 per month for 10 profiles and a Business plan at $61; its pricing page only displays amounts after rendering in a browser. Multilogin offers 5 free profiles and Pro plans from $11 to $29 per month. GoLogin shows 9 euros per month for 10 profiles, residential proxy traffic included. Dolphin Anty has a free plan and a Starter plan at $10 per month for 20 profiles.
Proxy
What it is for. Giving each browser profile a distinct network address, residential or mobile. On its own, a proxy is useless.
What to check. The billing mode, per gigabyte or per address; the availability of mobile proxies and their price, often separate; the countries covered; the trial or test plan.
Examples. IPRoyal publishes residential from $1.75 per gigabyte and mobile from $117 per month on subscription. Decodo, formerly Smartproxy, bills residential at $4 per gigabyte pay-as-you-go, decreasing with volume, with a 3-day trial and 100 megabytes. SOAX applies the same rate to residential and mobile, split into three country tiers, with a free Sandbox plan.
Traffic
What it is for. Hosting the link page that serves as the funnel’s intermediate destination, building a funnel with statistics, or scheduling posts on Reddit.
What to check. Acceptance of links to adult content platforms, which varies between services; click statistics, without which the “clicked” step has no number; removal of the service’s branding; the price of the free plan.
Examples. Linktree offers a free plan with unlimited links, then Starter at 6 euros per month; removing its branding requires the Premium plan at 32 euros. AllMyLinks is announced as “100% free”, without a pricing page, and is often chosen by adult creators because it accepts links that other services refuse. Beacons has a free plan and a Creator plan at $10 per month, with 9% seller fees on the Free and Creator plans. Postpone schedules posts on Reddit and 12 platforms, with a free plan at 2 accounts and 5 posts per month; its paid prices only display in a browser.
Payments
What it is for. Collecting money outside a content platform: in Stars on Telegram, through a payment link, or in cryptocurrency.
What to check. The full commission, on the creator’s side and the buyer’s side; the delay before withdrawal; acceptance of adult content, sometimes classified as a high-risk category; the finality of sales.
Examples. Telegram Stars is Telegram’s in-app currency, code XTR; the bot documentation describes Telegram Bot Payments as “a free and open platform that allows sellers to accept payments for goods and services from Telegram users”, with buyers paying through Apple and Google in-app purchases; the lesson on Stars details the mechanism. Stripe Payment Links creates no-code payment pages, included with Payments, from 1.5% plus 0.25 euros per successful payment with a standard European Economic Area card. Dropp offers payment links and paid chats without a subscription, with a creator commission of 5% before tax as standard and 10% in the high-risk category, where adult content is classified. NOWPayments is a crypto gateway from 1% service fee, excluding network fees.
Content
What it is for. Cutting a long video into clips, subtitling, editing, and captioning the vault’s media so the AI or the chatter knows what it is sending.
What to check. The counting mode, credits or videos per month; the maximum length per video; the watermark on the free plan; export.
Examples. Submagic applies automatic subtitles and edits, Starter at $19 per month for about 15 videos. OpusClip cuts long videos into vertical clips, with a free plan and Starter at $15 per month. ZapCap adds animated subtitles, free plan at 3 videos per month, Starter at $8. OnlyVault turns a media vault into a caption library, with CSV export; price not published.
AI image and video generation tools are ranked on ofm-ia.com.
Analytics
What it is for. Measuring what the platforms do not show: market figures, post performance on Reddit and X, tracking of Telegram channels.
What to check. The origin of the figures, which must be published; the update frequency; export.
Examples. onlyfansstatistics.com is an independent aggregator that publishes figures drawn from filings with the UK Companies House register, no account required, not affiliated with OnlyFans; price not published. Social Rise schedules and analyzes Reddit and X posts, free plan at 5 posts per month, paid plan at $29.99 per month. Statiko tracks public Telegram channels, with a free plan and a Pro plan at $10 per month at launch pricing.
Vault and cloud phone
What it is for. Running accounts from remote Android devices, each with its own location and fingerprint. It is the most specialized category and the last one to add.
What to check. What is billed, the device or the runtime, often both; the daily cap; automation; the publisher’s country.
Examples. DuoPlus separates the cloud phone from the boot time needed to run it, with a free trial of one device for 30 days and a monthly starter plan at $16.91. GeeLark bills mostly per minute, $0.007 capped at $1.20 per device per day, with a free plan at 2 profiles; both publishers list an address in Singapore.
Where to start
Four categories are needed from the first creator: a conversation AI or a chatting setup, a scheduler, an anti-detect browser with its proxies, and a link page. The CRM becomes necessary with the second person on the team. The rest gets added one category at a time.
The buying rule from module 7 remains the right one: a tool is worth paying for if it removes a daily action. And prices move; those in this lesson are dated September 14, 2026, and the full, up-to-date ranking of all tools is on tools-ofm.com.
Key takeaways
- An operation runs on about ten tools spread across ten categories; four are needed from the first creator, the other six are justified one by one.
- All prices in this lesson come from the tools' pricing pages, read on September 14, 2026; an unpublished price is stated as "not published", never guessed.
- The first selection criterion in every category is access: roles, invitations, no shared password.
- The full rankings are kept up to date on tools-ofm.com, crm-ofm.com, chatbot-ofm.com and ofm-ia.com; this lesson is only the entry point.
Do this now
Take inventory of your tool stack. Thirty minutes.
- Create the
toolstab of the spreadsheet with one line per category from this lesson, and write down the tool you use or the one you are considering. - For each line, open the tool's pricing page and copy the displayed price with today's date. If the price is not displayed, write "not published".
- For each line, answer yes or no: does the tool let you invite a member with a role, without sharing a password.
- Add up the price-per-creator column and carry the total into the
resulttab from module 7.
