Setting up an AI on a creator, step by step

The generic procedure, in eight steps

This procedure holds whatever the tool. The first three steps touch no software, and they are the ones that decide the result.

1. Freeze the persona. The document from module 4, completed with two fields that an automated system cannot do without: the persona’s sleeping hours, and the five phrases she will never say.

2. Inventory and describe the catalog. Every media file must carry a one-sentence description of what it shows, and the tier it belongs to. Without descriptions, a system cannot pick the right media at the right moment, and you will end up sending a tier 4 to someone who has not yet bought a tier 1.

3. Freeze the price ladder. Four tiers, no price left to be decided. That is the lesson The price ladder.

4. Choose the tool and connect the channel. On Telegram, that means creating a bot, retrieving its token and giving it to the tool. On a content platform with no public interface, it goes through another mechanism, often a browser extension; see below.

5. Write the first script. Just one, short, with three tiers. The lesson Anatomy of a PPV script is entirely devoted to this writing. Do not start with ten scripts.

6. Set the timing. Reply delays, active hours, follow-up rhythm. A tool’s default setting is never the right one for your persona.

7. Write the guardrails and the takeover rule. What is never said, and the three situations in which a person takes over immediately. Three, not ten, otherwise the rule is not applied.

8. Activate on a reduced scope. One creator, one channel, one script, and a daily reread of the conversations during the first days. Module 7 turns that reread into a routine.

The worked example

So that step 4 does not stay abstract, here is a real tool, described solely from its public pages, with its pricing and its limits. Other tools exist and are cited in module 8; this one serves as the example because its public documentation is complete, screen by screen, which makes it possible to verify what is claimed.

What the vendor publishes as features. The public help center is organized in sections: getting started, OnlyFans, Telegram, scripts and media, the AI, fans, the Premium plan, billing, agencies and teams, troubleshooting, glossary. The Telegram section documents creating the bot, the token, adding a creator, assigning a license, media, scripts, follow-ups, notifications, as well as a page on limits and safety. The section devoted to the AI covers persona customization, activation hours, reply pace and behavior limits, that is, parts 1, 4 and 5 of the previous lesson.

What the vendor publishes as performance. An unlock ratio of 43%, with its definition, “of every 100 paid photos or videos the AI sends, 43 are unlocked”, and its scope, “cumulative platform statistic since launch, not a single account and not a comparison with human chatters”.

What the vendor publishes as pricing. Pro plan at 20 dollars per creator per month with “10% commission on AI-generated net revenue” on OnlyFans. Premium plan at 70 dollars per creator per month with the same 10% commission. Telegram plan at 20 dollars per creator per month with a 15% commission on the net revenue generated by the AI. Payment “By card, bank transfer or cryptocurrency”, with a prepaid balance from which everything is debited. The page specifies that the commission applies only to revenue generated in conversations handled by the AI.

The public limits, to be read with the same attention. No free plan or free trial is published on the pricing page. The commission comes on top of the monthly subscription, it does not replace it: a cost calculation that keeps only the 20 dollars is wrong. On the OnlyFans side, the tool works through a browser extension, which is not a choice by the vendor but the consequence of a fact published by the platform itself: its help center states that “OnlyFans does not have a public facing API”. On the Telegram side, on the contrary, the connection goes through a bot token, an official and documented mechanism.

How to compare a tool without getting fooled

Six questions, to ask any vendor, and whose answers must be public.

The full price. Subscription, commission, thresholds, what is billed per creator and what is billed per account. A price grid that displays only the smaller of the two numbers is an incomplete grid.

The definition of the claimed performance. A percentage with no definition and no scope is not a number, it is an argument.

Human takeover. Is it possible in one action, and what happens while a person is writing.

Guardrails. Can you forbid topics, promises, discounts, and is that list visible.

The exit. Can you export your scripts, your media and the conversation history. A tool you cannot leave is a risk, whatever its quality.

The channel. What it actually runs on, and through what mechanism. The difference between an official interface and a browser extension is not a technical detail: it changes how fragile your setup is.

What you still have to do yourself
