LCEN

The LCEN is French law no.

2004-575 of June 21, 2004 "for confidence in the digital economy".

Its article 6 sets the obligations of hosting providers and the identification of publishers of online services, and frames the content takedown procedure.

It is the French law that applies when you publish a website, a link page or an online service.
