MYM explained from its official pages

Method. Everything comes from MYM's public pages: home page, terms of use and terms of sale in version 24.07.2025, content policy, help center. These pages are written in French, so their wording is paraphrased here rather than quoted. Help center articles carry a writing date, sometimes an old one; what is cited is the page online at the reading date.

What MYM says about itself

The home page, in French, presents MYM as an exclusive social network between creators and fans, where the subscription unlocks access to direct chat and to all the content of the profile, and where the fan can request personalized content according to his preferences. The help center, also in French, adds that the creator’s anonymity is guaranteed and that payments are made by bank transfer or PayPal.

The platform publishes no geographic breakdown of its audience. What can be observed: the site, the terms and the help center are written in French, prices are shown in euros in the help articles, and the terms refer to the French consumer code. Beyond that, the French-speaking share of the audience is not publicly documented at the verification date.

The commission, in two steps

The terms define the platform fee as a percentage of the price of every order placed with the creator and the banking fees as a percentage of the sums processed, without giving a figure. The figure is in the help center, in the article on MYM commissions, which describes a three-part calculation.

Banking fees. The banking fees amount to 7% of the transaction amount, taxes included.

The payout. After deduction of the banking fees, a payout percentage is applied to the order price before tax. The published rates: 75% on subscriptions, 80% on private media, 80% on private shows, 80% on tips. “SuperStar” creators get an extra 1% on PPV and subscriptions, not on tips.

VAT. For fans in the European Union, VAT is added to the price and passed on in full to the state; the commission amounts are net, before tax.

The consequence: a creator’s net cannot be read as a single percentage, unlike OnlyFans. That is the subject of this lesson’s exercise, and the tool /tools/net-after-commission/ lets you compare the two platforms on the same sale.

How the fan pays

The terms of sale, article 11, list: bank card (Visa, CB, Mastercard); PayPal, for some creators; cryptocurrency. Prices are shown in the applicable currency, all taxes included. For payment problems, the help center refers fans to a named payment provider, which indicates that transactions go through a third party.

On refunds, article 12 of the terms of sale has the fan waive the fourteen-day withdrawal right, on the grounds that he wants immediate access to the content. Two published exceptions: a private media file not delivered or not as described, refundable, and a private show canceled or shorter than five minutes.

How the creator is paid

The article on withdrawing earnings sets three conditions: having a certified account, having added a payout method, and 50 euros of validated earnings for SEPA transfers or 100 euros of validated earnings for creators with a bank account outside SEPA, including SWIFT. Business accounts must in addition upload a monthly invoice.

Transfers are generated at a frequency of the creator’s choice, twice a week, once a week, twice a month or once a month, and payments are made every Monday and Thursday morning, with triggers on the 1st and the 15th of each month. The bank account must be in the creator’s name: the creator must own the bank account used for transfers. The PayPal payout option is available only to Superstar accounts.

Before they can be withdrawn, earnings are pending: they become validated after 15 days on monthly subscriptions and 60 days on six-month subscriptions, and within 7 days for private media, pushes, private shows and tips. For a private media file, the balance is credited once the media has been delivered.

Certification

A creator account is only visible to fans once certified. The conditions: having 3 media files online on the feed, official details that must match the identity document exactly, a mobile number confirmed with a one-time code received by SMS, a valid passport or identity card, and a security selfie holding the document, full face, without accessories and without filters. Health insurance cards, driver’s licenses and residence permits are refused. The article reminds creators that an account is strictly personal and that the content must be media of the creator herself.

On the fan side, the terms of use describe an age check for access to pornographic content, based on real-time analysis of facial features.

The word “request” therefore refers on MYM to a specific feature: the fan asking for a private media file, to which the creator answers with a price. It is the reverse of the logic of the sent PPV, and it changes the way a script is written, the subject of the chatting module.

Third parties, agents and AI

This is the clearest drafting difference from OnlyFans. MYM’s terms of use provide that the platform declines all liability toward a user who feels wronged for not exchanging directly with the creator but with an agent, a third party or an artificial intelligence solution, creators being free to use such solutions to manage their account, and in particular to manage replies in the messaging. The same version requires that any content created, modified or enhanced by an artificial intelligence solution be clearly stated as such, and the content policy asks for the mention “virtual image” or the hashtag #AI.

This course does not conclude that any given tool is compliant. It records that the text exists, that it is dated, and that it names artificial intelligence explicitly.

On the tools side, the MYM help center has announced since December 2, 2025 an official integration with the CRM Infloww, now available on Infloww, and since September 1, 2026 an advanced messaging inside that same tool. For its part, OnlyChat states on its pricing page: “Coming soon. MYM is being added through an official integration under a public API agreement.”; at the reading date, its two active platforms are OnlyFans and Telegram. The ranking of tools by platform is kept on chatbot-ofm.com.

What sets MYM apart from OnlyFans

Five differences, all taken from the pages cited. The commission varies by feature and comes on top of banking fees, instead of a single rate. Prices are in euros and include all taxes, instead of dollars before tax. The fan can request a media file, instead of only receiving one. The terms explicitly mention agents, third parties and artificial intelligence. And withdrawal thresholds, transfer days and validation delays are published in detail.
